EXTERIOR

Outside, a long terrace stretches along the house with dining and seating areas, firepit and an Ofyr BBQ, opening onto a freshly carved croquet lawn overlooking Kilnaughton Bay. A private woodland path leads directly to the wild beach below—for swimming, ice bathing, walking, or simply watching the light move across the water. At night, distant lighthouses shimmer across the horizon, reinforcing the sense of remoteness.
